Getting Started
Sign up using the “Join Now” button in the top nav, choose Influencer or Brand, verify your email, and complete your profile basics (bio, category, goals).
Add a clear headshot/logo, write a concise bio, link your socials, and showcase 3–5 best posts. Use consistent colors and CTAs to boost discovery.
For Influencers
We match by audience, niche, location, and brand values. You’ll see suggested campaigns and can apply directly or receive invites.
Keep your media kit fresh, showcase real results, pitch tailored ideas, and reply quickly. Aim for authenticity over reach alone.
Funds are held in escrow and released after approval. Typical payout: 3–5 business days via bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal.
For Brands
Define goals, audience, budget, and timeline, then invite creators or approve applicants. Track deliverables and performance in your dashboard.
Monitor engagement, CTR, conversions, and sentiment. Use UTM links and promo codes to attribute results and compare against benchmarks.
Payments & Billing
Download invoices in your billing settings. Tax documents are issued annually where applicable. Contact support for adjustments.
Disputes are reviewed within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Reset your password, check spam for codes, and ensure time synchronization on your device. Still stuck? Contact support.
