Click "Login" in the top navigation bar. Enter the email address and password you were given when your account was created. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset it.

The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a high-level overview of your active campaigns, upcoming scheduled posts, recent blog activity, and key performance metrics. Use the sidebar to navigate to specific tools.

Go to Settings in the sidebar and select Profile. From there you can update your name, email, avatar, and password. Organization-level settings like your business name, logo, and team members are found under Organization Settings.

Navigate to Campaigns in the sidebar and click "New Campaign." Give it a name, set the date range, add a description, and assign it to a category. Once created, you can add assets, posts, and track performance from the campaign detail page.

Open the campaign you want to update and go to the Assets tab. You can upload images, videos, and documents directly. Assets are stored securely and can be organized into folders for easy access.

Revenue attribution connects your marketing activity directly to business outcomes. Using tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion data, the platform shows which campaigns, posts, and channels are driving actual revenue rather than just engagement metrics.

Go to the Scheduler section in the sidebar. Click "New Post," write your content, attach any media, select which platforms to post to, and choose a date and time. You can view all scheduled posts on the calendar or board view.

Yes. The Scheduler offers both a board view (organized by status) and a calendar view (organized by date). Switch between them using the toggle at the top of the Scheduler page.

Navigate to Blog in the sidebar and click "New Post." Use the editor to write your article, add a featured image, set your SEO title and description, add tags, and choose a publish date. Posts can be saved as drafts or published immediately.

Yes. Go to Settings and then Widgets to generate an embeddable blog widget. Copy the provided code snippet and paste it into your website. The widget will automatically display your latest published posts and match your branding.

Go to SEO in the sidebar and select "New Report." Enter your website URL and the tool will analyze your site for technical SEO issues, on-page optimization, mobile responsiveness, and more. Reports include category-level breakdowns and actionable recommendations.

Snapshots capture a point-in-time view of your site's SEO health. They are saved automatically each time you run a report, so you can track improvements over time and compare before-and-after results for any changes you make.

Marketing Intelligence is your central hub for tracking performance across all marketing channels. It shows connected data sources (Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and website tracking), attribution metrics like leads, conversions, and revenue, and a real-time event activity feed so you can see exactly what is driving results.

Go to Marketing Intelligence in the sidebar. You will see a list of available data sources with their connection status. Website tracking is set up automatically when you create tracking pixels. For Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4, contact your consultant and I will help configure the integration for your accounts.

The Assets section in the sidebar contains everything you need. It is organized into categories: Media (images and videos), Logos, Brand Kit (colors, fonts, guidelines), Documents, Digital Assets, and Physical Assets. Upload, organize, and access your files from one central location.

Storage limits depend on your organization's plan. You can check your current usage in Organization Settings. If you need additional storage, reach out and I will adjust your plan accordingly.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a link to create a new password. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Go to Settings, then Members. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and assign them a role (admin or member). They will receive an email with instructions to set up their account and access the shared workspace.
